MCP Lost & Found is a hyper-local community registry designed for 2-3km radius neighborhoods. Built for the MCP 1st Birthday Hackathon (Track 2 - MCP in Action), it connects finders and seekers through MCP-compatible tools that AI agents can invoke. Features privacy-first design with location blinding until pickup is confirmed.
